How many guests can you cater for?

Our standard private catering minimum is 70 guests. This can vary depending on your event date, location and catering requirements, and higher minimums may apply during peak periods such as school holidays, bank holidays and busy weekends. Get in touch with your details and we'll confirm the minimum for your event.

How does your pricing work?

Accepted Answer

Our packages start from £16 per person for the Pizza Buffet, £22 per person for Pizza Buffet + Salads and £29 per person for the Italian Feast. Prices shown are starting rates — your final quote will depend on your event date, guest numbers and catering requirements. Minimum booking quantities apply, and private bookings also include a separate £200 event service fee covering our set-up and service on the day.

What's the difference between the three packages?

The Pizza Buffet is wood-fired pizza served buffet-style with our Garlic & Herb Dip — the Queen Margherita as standard plus three additional pizzas of your choice. Pizza Buffet + Salads serves the same pizza buffet alongside a Mixed Salad and one further salad of your choice. The Italian Feast is our fullest spread, opening with an Antipasti Platter and bread before the pizza, salads and dip. Your pizza and salad choices are confirmed with us as part of the booking process.

How is the food served?

Our wood-fired pizzas are freshly cooked, sliced and served buffet-style throughout your agreed service. We plan the catering around your confirmed guest numbers, allowing everyone to help themselves and enjoy a selection of flavours.

Do you cater for weddings?

Accepted Answer

Yes — weddings are a big part of what we do. Most couples book us 6 to 18 months ahead. See our Weddings page for more detail.

Do you offer vegetarian options?

Yes. Vegetarian options feature on every menu as standard.

Do you offer vegan options?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer vegan bases, vegan cheese and a range of plant-based toppings.

Do you offer gluten-free pizzas?

Accepted Answer

Gluten-free bases are available for private event catering only. We don't offer them at public events as we can't guarantee against cross-contamination — all pizzas are prepared and cooked in the same environment.

Question 9

How far do you travel?

Accepted Answer

We cover Norfolk and Suffolk as standard. We can travel further afield for the right event — get in touch with your venue postcode and we'll let you know.

Question 10

What space do you require?

Accepted Answer

5m × 3m of hard, flat ground — and we need to be able to drive the trailer into the space. We can maneuver it a little by hand once on site, but the bulk of the positioning has to be done with the vehicle.

Question 11

Do you require power?

Accepted Answer

Yes — but only a small amount, mainly for two small fridges. We can plug into a normal 13 amp or 16 amp socket, and we recommend mains power wherever possible so a generator's noise doesn't interfere with the event. If mains isn't available, we can supply our own generator for an additional charge.

Where do you serve from?

We serve exclusively from the Nag Box — our wood-fired pizza trailer. We don't operate from marquees or indoor kitchens.
